Accountability
Corrections Policy
Optic & Frame corrects errors openly. When a factual error is confirmed, we fix the article and append a dated correction note describing what changed. We do not silently rewrite published stories.
What we correct
Factual errors: wrong specifications, prices, dates, names, attributions, and any verifiable claim that turns out to be wrong. Matters of interpretation or taste are editorial judgment, not corrections, but we still read those messages.
How to report an error
What happens next
We verify the claim against sources. Confirmed errors are corrected with a dated note on the article; if the error materially changes the story, the note says so. We do not publish the names of people who report corrections.
